Think about what you are eating

Eating healthy is not just something that you do.  You can be eating what you think is good only to find out that it is full of calories and sugar.  Those vitamin waters that you can get at the grocery store and at convenience store are a good example of not really knowing what it good for you and what is not so good.  I used to drink these thinking I was doing something good for my body only to find out that it was full of these things I was trying to avoid.   I don’t know about any of the drinks that I get anymore, at least since that.

Sometimes we are told that something is good and blindly follow what we are told.  I think that is one of our big problems when we are looking at what we are eating.  Snack bars are another thing that I used to eat thinking I was eating a good snack for myself but later found that they were full of things I didn’t want to have in my system.

I guess it really is up to us to make our own unprocessed foods and snacks.  We are the ones that are in control of our foods and what we choose to eat.  I have learned that eating more fruits and vegetables have helped the way I feel and helped me to lose weight that I had been carrying around on me for years. 

What we all need to remember is that we really are what we eat.  If we eat better then we will feel better and look good too.  Take your foods into your own hands and pay attention to what you eat so you are feeling good and happy about your self.  You can change the way you feel and look one meal at a time.
